A Lovely Testimonial from Fosse House

Dear Pauline, I know M and A will have already thanked you for all you have done for their Mother , but I would like to add my own thanks and appreciation. I think that the care, the kindness and love given to her each time I visited her has been outstanding. Your carers have looked after her with heart warming care and professional competence that they would give to their own mothers. Her increasing frailty and deafness caused various problems but she found friendship, loving support and dignity during her final years at Fosse House. It was clear that Fosse House had given her "family and friendship, warmth and love." Please thank your staff both for their loving care and for all the generous hospitality.
