18th April 2015 Dear Jim, Jeanie, Zara, Maria, Gina, Caroline & Emma, Thank you so very much for all the kindness, care and attention that you gave my beloved mother during her time with you at The Mead. As her condition deteriorated, you provided for all her needs, and made sure that she was well cared for and comfortable. All the carers and the support staff who looked after my mother were wonderful to her, but especially Gina and George. Please would you thank them all on my behalf. They are truly wonderful people. I am also grateful for the kindness shown to me during my many visits, and for all the cups of tea! For me, The Mead is an outstanding exemplar of what a care home should be. Thank you all!
