National Care Home Open Day at Jubilee Court:
Jubilee Court celebrated the Day by holding a Fruity themed Friday. The residents were treated to lots of different fruits from around the world and had a lovely time socialising with each other. The home were also very fortunate to be joined by Councillor John Lloyd who opened the home in 2012 and has been supportive ever since!
