New Care Home Development, Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire

Work has begun on Forrest View, our new care home in Bishop’s Stortford. This new home will accommodate 78 residents over three floors and will include a café, cinema and a hair and beauty salon. Each bedroom will have its own en-suite facilities and will be fully furnished with items from our carefully selected range. The home will include a number of comfortable and inviting lounges and dining rooms as well as other spaces for residents to enjoy.

The home will offer residential and specialist dementia care as well as convalescence care for individuals who just need to get back on their feet again after, say, a stay in hospital or an illness. Short breaks are also on offer, enabling those caring for an individual to take time off from caring, allowing the home to take up the care while they themselves rest and recover.

As well as providing care for older people from the local community the home will also provide a number of rewarding job opportunities for local residents.

Forrest View will be a thoroughly modern care home, designed to provide a beautiful and welcoming environment in which to live and work.
