Quantum Care Staff Reach HCPA Awards Finals

We are delighted to announce that four members of our staff have reached the finals of the Hertfordshire Care Providers Association Awards. George Tane - Courtland Lodge - Care Worker Awards - Dementia Care Category criteria: Demonstrates dedication and sensitivity in caring, a commitment to improving standards and contributing to the care service at every level, specialised training, improving the lives of those they care for. Nathan Burton - Fourfields - Team Leader/Supervisor of the Year Award Category criteria: Professionalism, motivational, liaises well between staff and managers, supporting both. Promotes good team work. Jo Barber and Mim Prior - Silver Court - Internal Trainer of the Year Award Category criteria: Inspires and interests staff in training issues. Develops own CPD, encourages and supports staff to research and understand their sector. Our congratulations go to all the finalists. We wish them every success for the ceremony which will take place on the 8th July.
