Dear Liz, We are very grateful to Richard Cox House for the care and kindness shown to our relative during her time with you. In particular we would like to thank Shane, Tanya and Maureen fro their patience and understanding. Shane is an exceptional carer and a credit to Richard Cox House. We will always be grateful to her for the way she looked after her during the last few days of her life. Please also thank her for the support she gave us when we visited.
