St. George's Day celebrations at Mountbatten Lodge

Here is what the Activities Team said about the event: "We celebrated St George's day in our café today with lots of baked cakes and dragon flags on the ceiling which we had coloured in with our residents … Freddy B also came to entertain us and he was absolutely fabulous and sang an array of songs such as Sweet Caroline, Blue Suede Shoes, New York New York, When you’re in Love with a Beautiful Woman etc etc. He is assisted by his partner Lygia. We thoroughly recommend him if any of the other care homes need an entertainer then he is their man!..we all loved the performance and were singing along and dancing to the music."
