Stevenage Ladies Choir Visit Jubilee Court
Stevenage Ladies choir first visited Jubilee Court, our care home in Stevenage, in December to sing carols for the residents. One of our residents, Hazel Whale, had once been a member of the choir, joining in 1960 at the age of 33. Her husband, George, joined the Stevenage male choir at the same time.
Hazel spent many happy years travelling around the county and even abroad to sing with the choir. When the choir returned to Jubilee Court Hazel was thrilled to be asked to sing with them again.
