Such lovely words about Fosse House

Dear Pauline, Little did I think when I wrote to you last October to thank Fosse House for the care given to my Mum that I would be doing the same thing just three months later regarding Dad's care. On behalf of all of our family I would like to express our appreciation for the devoted care and affection shown to him, not only in the four years he was with you but in the almost six years before that when he was one of your most frequent visitors. You have some truly special staff, both past and present and I have come to know many of them in the nearly 10 years I have been visiting. I have tried to show my appreciation by nominating over 10 of your staff for the annual Quantum Care Awards over the last six or seven years. I will miss my visits, pushing Dad in his wheelchair around the garden, chatting to other residents and relatives and meeting lots of staff in the corridor who regularly greeted Dad by name.
