Dear Coni, Thank you so much for your kindness to my cousin and to me. The warmth I experienced on entering Margaret House was wonderful  - each and every one of your staff did all they could to make her feel comfortable and at home. It can never be easy moving from one’s own home into care, but my cousin, who had managed on her own so admirably, has settled in to Margaret House really well.
