Testimonial for Mayfair Lodge

To all the staff at Mayfair Lodge On behalf of the B family I would like to say a very big thank you for all the care given to E and E over the last 20 months, but especially those since April when uncle was diagnosed with cancer and I broke my ankle.  As you know I have felt it my responsibility to make sure they were looked after especially as their daughter and family live so far away.  E and E have been very fond of the staff on Keats and have been adopted as grandparents by some of the carers, especially E, A, L, N and P.  It has been an absolute joy to spend time with both E and E and the staff - obviously it has been a difficult time, but we have also had a lot of laughter and tears together which proved to me how deeply they cared for them both.  I would like to say thank you to all the Care Team Managers for their support especially through the last few weeks, which, was naturally a very difficult time for E and I watching E deteriorate. I feel that these words of thanks are not eloquent enough to tell you how I really feel so I would like to include the following which says it beautifully. First of all you’re appreciated so much for what you have done. Secondly it’s comforting to know that your heart was in it.  Mostly just knowing you were so thoughtful is a true gift in itself. You never stop caring or making a difference. With your generosity you lift spirits and make smiles appear. And now it is your turn to smile.
