Testimonial for Providence Court / Mr B, Baldock

Dear Sirs May I say again how satisfied I have been with the care mum has received at Providence Court. I am very grateful to Jacky Beaumont for visiting mum at the Mental Health Unit and deciding to take her on when she was being considered for a higher level of care. Her well being improved almost immediately thanks to the excellent care staff, and she began to eat well, thanks to the excellent meals provided by Jean, putting on the weight (and some) she had lost while in the MHU. All the staff are to be congratulated, carers in particular - too many to name but I have found them all excellent doing a testing job with patience and good humour, and not forgetting those who work behind the scenes - the cook, cleaners, laundry staff and the night managers. While we often see on TV care homes being rightly criticized for poor and inadequate care, there is alas not much coverage for care homes, like those run by Quantum Care, that are doing a really good job.
