I would like to say what a transformation I see in her today compared to the day she entered. She went in a frail frightened lady just 5 weeks ago, today she looks and acts like a different person. No matter when we phone them, whatever time of day they are always very kind and obliging. Unlike many homes today they always treat their residents with respect and courtesy. Although they have very busy days, they always find the time to discuss any concerns you may have. As I said we feel so very lucky.
