Dear Mel, I am sorry it has taken so long for me to write to you but life was somewhat hectic between Christmas and New Year ... However, I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Tye Green Lodge. They could not have been kinder to [mum] and it meant a lot to me to know that she was being so well looked after. I was also always made very welcome at whatever time I arrived and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so kind and compassionate ...
