Dear Sir/Madam, I felt I should write and inform you of how impressed my family are with the care our mother/grandmother is receiving at Tye Green Lodge. The staff treat her with dignity and respect and they are a lovely, caring crowd who are always very welcoming and we really feel as though we couldn't have chosen a better home for her. The atmosphere when we go in is always light and airy and it feels like a happy place to live and work. My mother recently celebrated her 80th birthday and we held the party at Tye Green Lodge and nothing we asked was too much trouble for the staff. The catering staff provided a lovely buffet for the guests and residents and everyone had a wonderful time. I feel that people can be very quick to complain and sometimes forget to praise good work, so I thought those special people that care for our mum should be mentioned and praise given where it is deserved.
