Testimonials for Providence Court

Dear Sir / Madam, I visited a café today (06/05/14) in Baldock and was sitting on a table next to some of your residents and two of the nicest carers looking after them. I was close enough to hear some of the conversation and it was so nice to hear just how respectfully and kindly that the residents were talked to and the carers sensitivity to there needs was brilliant. I felt strongly enough to phone the care home just to say how brilliant the two carers were and found their names to be Wendy and Ben. Please can you pass on my comments and the fact that when I get old, vulnerable and fragile, Wendy and Ben would be top of my list every time. One last comment too. When I phoned Providence Court the lady who answered the phone (Mel) followed the pattern of bright cheerie helpful and just plain nice people. They all are a credit to the caring profession.
