Dear Duty Managers, Carers, Therapists and affiliated Social Services, I wanted to drop you a line to thank you from the bottom of mine and my mother's heart for all the kindness, patience and TLC shown to her during her month's stay in Lily Lane. I can't tell you how happy Mum was and how safe she felt in the hands of each and every carer, physio, and occupational therapist not to mention being given lovely home cooked meals. Everyone was so kind to her and she really did feel like she was in a hotel! The level of care was fantastic throughout all the teams - from warm baths to being 'waited on' when she was in her room. We were so lucky to have Mum at Jubilee Court and I can't recommend it enough. We would also like tot thank Boris for his kindness shown towards Mum by being allowed to be stroked and petted during his quieter moments in the office out tray. Mum is progressing well and she now has excellent attention from the support workers so all is looking good at the moment. With our best wishes, thank you again. M
