Dear Sarah, I cannot thank you enough for the genuine love and care and concern you have for my brother and for all your support and actions for making sure all his needs were met. As you can imagine, it was a very stressful situation for me to walk into. I want to thank you for all your support over the past 12 days of my stay and for your reassurance and understanding. The hospitality and kindness of your staff and management team was just wonderful.
