Tye Green Lodge learn how to make chocolate!
Andy Wright from Harlow College came to Tye Green on Monday 30th March to give a demonstration on how to make Chocolates! He showed the residents how he made Easter Eggs and then made some smaller trays of chocolates. He then let everyone taste the chocolates which were scrumptious. Following this session, the residents were also shown how to work with marzipan by Hayley and her daughter. Thank you Andy for a lovely morning!!
