Youth Connexions at Fosse House

On Wednesday 3rd August a contingent of fifteen volunteers from the local youth connexions organisation came to Fosse House to give the work on the new nature garden a much needed boost! They worked with residents to replant the beds with ferns and other insect attracting plants. They also treated the garden furniture to a fresh coat of paint and rejuvenated the allotment. Once all the hard work was done they relaxed with the residents and served tea and scones. The renovations were definitely a hit with wild life as a frog moved in even before the volunteers had left!!
