Fosse House in St Albans are kicking off Nutrition and Hydration week with some tasty fruit kebabs, looks like the residents enjoyed making (and eating) them!

Tye Green Lodge in Harlow has a new dementia friend - an animatronic cat! Donated by Wakefield Rotary Club, he was introduced to them by Joan Harvey's Daughter Susan who approached the Rotary on their behalf. As you see, the Residents love him - they just need a name for him!

Richard Cox House in Royston celebrated the Hindu festival Holi, the colourful "Festival of Spring", with traditional Indian music, food and clothing. To eat there were three types of curry, rice, onion bhajis, vegetable samosas, topped off with bakarkhani for pudding.

Dukeminster Court took a few of their residents to our other Bedfordshire home, Trefoil House, to have lunch, as well as spending the afternoon in their pub and enjoying the entertainment from the lovely Bethan Scanes. All the residents had a great time!

At Providence Court in Baldock, Activity Care Worker Dee spent a morning wearing a unicorn horn playing hoopla around the home, residents and staff all found it funny and enjoyed a game - it's harder than it looks! 

Vesta Lodge in St Albans had a visit from Zoo Lab! They had a lovely time meeting a few of their creatures, looks like they were quite brave holding some of the insects and snakes!

Meresworth in Rickmansworth had some fun dressing up to celebrate World Book Day - looking sharp!  

Elmhurst in Bishop's Stortford enjoy a variety of colourful crafts, the residents love taking part, they look brilliant!

At Belmont View in Hoddesdon, some of the residents like to help out around the home with some of the light chores. Being involved in everyday home chores gives the residents a sense of purpose, can reduce anxiety levels and boost their self-esteem.
