Are you having a lovely restful Sunday afternoon? The residents at Fourfields in Cheshunt recently had a calming Namaste session, with candles, bubbles, light massage, musical instruments, and twiddle muffs. Namaste provides a sensory experience that can soothe and relax.

Jubilee Court in Stevenage have had fun this week making beautiful decorative fans by swirling marbling inks into pretty patterns and then dipping their fans. What a gorgeous craft idea, the residents look so pleased with their work!
