Dear Karen, Mel, Bella and all the other members of the Providence Court team,

This last year has been full of joy and sorrow, memories that I will never forget and treasure every moment. Putting your loved one into residential care is not an easy decision to make but the help and support I received from all of you made life so much more bearable.

I will always remember you with great fondness and will continue to visit the home every so often to visit my acquaintance as I have a great deal of affection for her.
