Dear All,

My mother lives in your home in Bishop’s Stortford (Elmhurst). As I live in Bristol I am not able to visit as often as I would like. I want to thank you for the excellent care you give her and the very loving spirit. I always find that when I do get the chance to visit. I always find her clean and well dressed and her hair done nicely. Though she has struggled a little with her health she is as happy as she could possibly be and that is thanks to your excellent and professional care.

Please thank all your staff and feel free to use me as a referee for potential customers.
