Rhona, one of the dedicated carers at Belmont View, recently took on the incredible challenge of a sponsored skydive to raise money for the home's amenities fund. The skydive was a huge success, with Rhona raising an incredible £507!

Last Friday staff and residents at Belmont View held a coffee morning in support of the Macmillan cancer support charity. Everyone who came enjoyed fabulous cakes along with great coffee and tea and donated an amazing total of £103.50 for this important cause.

Sir Charles Walker MP visited Belmont View, our care home in Hertford, on Friday 2nd February. Charles, who is no stranger to the home, came to visit residents and staff and to take a tour.

For many people living in Hoddesdon, Margaret Davison will be a familiar name. She has spent the last 36 years running local Rummage Sales within the grounds of our Hoddesdon care home, accepting donated items from the local community and selling them on for the benefit of the residents within the home.

It is all starting to feel rather festive over at Belmont View in Hoddesdon.. the residents had a bit of fun posing for pictures with Christmassy photo booth props!

For #InternationalMensDay, at Belmont View in Hoddesdon they had a special dinner as selected by the men in the home. Chef Colette lovingly prepared fish and chips, burger and chips and banana split for pudding, all served with a choice of tipple.

Elsie at Belmont View in Hoddesdon has really developed a passion for colouring, and to show her appreciation of carer Chelsea she gifted her one of her colourings to say thank you for all of her hard work and kindness she displays every day. How lovely!

Our homes are always busy with one activity or another, but Belmont View in Hoddesdon took this to another level over Halloween!
