Courtland Lodge news

Courtland Lodge, our care home in Watford, recently held a sports day at the home which is an annual competition that sees two teams competing in a number of outdoor challenges held in the home’s gardens.

Watford MP Dean Russell visited Courtland Lodge, our care home in Watford, on Friday 26th January to talk to residents and staff at the home. 

Ione joined the Quantum Care family all the way back in 2002. She started as a Careworker at Heath House and within a year she had been promoted to Care Team Manager. In 2006 she moved to The Fairway as the home’s Deputy Manager and while there was promoted to Home Manager.

Courtland Lodge in Watford have made an amazing Santa Café in their garden! With a little help from local donations and resident Jim helping to decorate, they’ve managed to convert their mini mart into quite the grotto! It looks spectacular!

Our homes are getting ready for Remembrance Day next week, decorating with bunting and poppies. Courtland Lodge in Watford have made some poppies with the residents with messages to remember those we lost.

Courtland Lodge in Watford is starting to get ready for a bit of Halloween fun…. Amanda and Jim put up some decorations (with bonus spiderman pun from Jim), then they carved pumpkins and baked some chocolate orange pumpkin oranges which look so cute!
