What a lovely homely atmosphere you have here, lovely pictures and an amazing 1940’s room.  It makes a difference, even to visitors.  The sweets, juice and fruit distributed around the home is a good idea and something I have not seen before.

Dear Sarah, I just want to say what a difference you make to Courtland Lodge.

Our resident Lynda Buxton celebrated her 100th birthday in style. The opening of the queen’s card and telegram with Home manager Sarah, started the celebrations in the garden in company of other residents and family visiting.

With its traditional tune playing through the streets, it is very difficult for anyone to resist the lure of the ice cream van, and our Watford residents are certainly no exception to this!

On behalf of the family we would like to thank you all for looking after our dad. We cannot speak too highly of all staff members who treated dad with the utmost kindness and respect during his stay with you all.
