Greenacres’ residents have been very busy making their own decorations for Valentine’s Day and putting them up around the home with the end result looking absolutely lovely!

Shortbread making, haggis and whisky tasting ensured that Burns Night at Greenacres was a hit with their residents!

Greenacres residents were delighted with a performance from a group of traditional Scottish dancers to get them all in the mood for Burns Night!

Greenacres residents are delighted with their new locks and latches board! These boards are great for residents with dementia, helping with both their coordination and often bringing up memories of everyday things likes household tasks or domestic routines.

Greenacres residents had a fantastic time opening their gifts on Christmas morning!

One of Greenacres’ residents has a son who is a wonderful singer and often comes into the home to entertain. On his most recent visit, resident Malcolm got up to join him on the microphone for a fantastic performance!

Greenacres have teamed up with Smile and Friendship House for a 6 week wheelchair exercise course! All residents taking part are really enjoying it, and so are the staff who get to join them!

Residents at Greenacres enjoyed a music-filled afternoon thanks to a visit from the Watford Band! Their fantastic performance was held in the garden with residents making the most of the sunshine while they listened!
