On Saturday 21st February, residents, staff and families at Jubilee Court, were entertained by the Filipino International Church Choir.

Hi, On behalf of myself, and my family, I just wanted to express my gratitude for the kindness and care you extended to my Father - firstly at Newhaven and then again at Jubilee Court. My special thanks to all the Carers on Evergreen - particularly his key worker Lorraine, and Care Manager Gabby.

We are very sad to be saying goodbye to Maureen. Maureen joined Quantum Care in 2000 at Newhaven, as a kitchen G.A and part time carer. After about two and a half years Maureen started full time in the kitchen.

Congratulations are in order for Sheila Dell, a valued member of our team, who will be retiring this month.

On Saturday 7th December Jubilee Court held their Christmas Fair!

Yesterday Jubilee Court's new shop (called The Shop) was opened by Quantum Care Chief Executive Maria Ball and John Wood, Chief Executive of Hertfordshire County Council. Residents and staff were there to witness the cutting of the ribbon and gave a large round of applause as the doors were opened.

BIG THANK YOU Everything I am hearing from family and friends who visit Mum is wonderful. I can notice a big improvement when I speak to her on the phone.

Dear Sirs, My Mother was admitted to Jubilee Court on 1/5/14 via QE11 after breaking her hip. The Care she received there was amazing, we cannot speak highly enough of all the staff we met. Her recuperation was handled diplomatically and sensitively.
