Pinewood Lodge residents had a fantastic time on May Day despite the weather! The picnic was held inside, alongside some delicious cake made by the home’s chef.

Residents at pinewood Lodge had a fantastic Easter weekend, starting with a church service from local Vicar Ricky then a catch up with friends after the service with tea, coffee and a hot cross bun!

Congratulations to Pinewood Lodge resident John and his lovely wife Sheila on their Diamond Wedding Anniversary yesterday! The couple had a small celebration in the home’s Best Friends Café with family, friends and several of John’s fellow residents.

Nutrition and Hydration Week at Pinewood Lodge has been going brilliantly so far! On Monday they had a tea party in the day centre where residents and day centre members had a chat over different types of tea from around the world accompanied by some homemade cakes and scones!

Pinewood Lodge residents have been making love birds for Valentine’s Day! The birds look great and the residents love them with some of them naming theirs!

Pinewood Lodge residents were delighted to be joined by Angi and her guitar back in January with one resident deciding to help her out with her performance!

Pinewood Lodge’s Christmas Decorations entry is their incredible Christmas tree, stunningly decorated by their residents and staff!

Pinewood Lodge residents making up treat bags which came on sale on Halloween! The bags are being sold to raise money for the home’s amenities fund, not all have gone yet but we’ll let you know how much they raised when they’ve all been sold!

Family and friends of Pinewood Lodge and its residents came together to fund raise at the home’s Macmillan Coffee Afternoon at the end of September! Many brought in homemade cakes to sell and took part in the ‘Guess How Many Spots on the Cake’ game as well as the cake competition!
