Have you caught much of the tennis? Penny the Peahen has! At Richard Cox House in Royston, their regular visitor has been popping in to join the residents as they enjoy watching Wimbledon.

We are very focused on nutrition and hydration for our residents… especially when it involves yummy ice creams! At Beane River View in Hertford, the residents had cones, mini milks and choc ices - what a treat!

How about a bit of #FitnessFriday today? Vesta Lodge in St Albans showing us how it is done with a lively game of Carpet Boules. A workout and a bit of competition to get everyone involved!

Today marks the start of our Falls Awareness Month which will see a series of events take place right across our homes. Each event is designed to maintain awareness of the risks of falling and will make available advice and information aimed at reducing the likelihood of falls occurring.

Each of our care homes held an event to promote how important good mental health is to the wellbeing of our care staff.

At Tye Green Lodge in Harlow, they are bidding a fond farewell to Deputy Home Manager Corina as she is leaving to join to Harlow Hospital as a nurse. Good look Corina in your new adventure and thank you for all your hard work! You will be missed

Dan the Bagpiper regaled Fosse House in St Albans with beautiful music. He came to the home and gave a socially distanced performance in the garden, enjoyed by all.
