On Tuesday 29th March Councillor Keith Martin, Chair of Three Rivers District Council, was joined by Maria Ball, Quantum Care’s Chief Executive and Nigel Berney, the Co-Founder of NL Property to perform a turf cutting ceremony for our new care home for older people in Rickmansworth.

Many of our homes have been marking this year’s Nutrition and Hydration week which takes place from 14th to 20th March.

Work has begun on Forrest View, our new care home in Bishop’s Stortford. This new home will accommodate 78 residents over three floors and will include a café, cinema and a hair and beauty salon.

Construction has started on Riverside Lodge Care home in Rickmansworth. This new Quantum Care home will be situated on Church Street close to the Parish Church of St Mary and the river Colne, benefiting from beautiful riverside views.

Veganuary is a month long global campaign that encourages individuals to live a plant-based lifestyle throughout the whole of January. Last year saw record numbers of people join the campaign and this year has been even more successful, surpassing the 2021 total midway through the month.
